This Houdini setup calculates the volume loss of a tooth when preparing it for a crown. Developed with a friend for her doctoral thesis. (publication following soon)
Tooth Preparation
Measurements where taken across 4 different preparation parameters. Resulting in 720 variations. Using PDG the whole process is automated, exporting obj files and a csv table that collects all the parameter combinations and the associated volume loss.
